GBDAR successfully adopted Complete Service Enterprise to manage
their service desk needs. GBDAR is a service agent for
3rd Party Suppliers which handles over a thousand calls
a month from Service Industry manufacturers and
insurance companies.
GBDAR can now deal with significantly more calls without
the need to employ extra staff. Complete Service Enterprise has
allowed GBDAR to drop it's paper based system and enabled
it to deal with many more manufacturers and engineers

Primary Issues
GBDAR were using a paper based system to handle their
service desk and call distribution. Their accounts system
was also separate from their service desk. Although
their existing system was able to successfully manage
calls they were unable to handle the volume they wanted.
